Location: Stourbridge

Pay Rates: £13.00 - £19.50 (Premium Overtime Rates)

Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 15:00 (Flexibility to start earlier and finish later required)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the design and development of cast products.
  • Carry out hourly sand lab tests (Compactability, moisture, tensile, etc.).
  • Monitor pour temps & speeds to support metal testing.
  • Highlight material or process issues that reduce output.
  • Follow work instructions and maintain high standards.
  • Help calibrate core machines monthly or as needed.
  • Work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly.

Qualification/experience

  • Previous Foundry, Casting or Manufacturing experience.
  • Must have a good level of Mathematics as you will need to be number savvy for this role.
  • Quality control experience is preferred.
