Job Title: Dressing Shop Operative Location: Stourbridge Pay Rates: £12.60 – £17.32 Shift Patterns: 05:00 – 13:00 (Overtime available and applicants must be flexible for this) Join a well-established and growing foundry that truly puts its people first. What You\’ll Be Doing: Prepare and finish cast metal products by removing excess material. Inspect castings for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Handle heavy castings safely using cranes or manual handling equipment as required. Report faults or inconsistencies in materials or machinery promptly to the supervisor. Qualification/experience Previous Foundry, Casting, or Manufacturing experience is required. Previous dressing shop experience is preferred. Previous finishing and grinding experience is preferred.
