Meat Packer (PORK) Location: Bloxwich Pay Rate: £12.71 (£18.31 per hour after 42.5 hours) Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 5:30pm We are currently recruiting for hardworking and reliable Meat Packers / Production Operatives to join a busy food production facility. This role offers consistent hours, regular overtime opportunities, and the chance to become part of a well-established team. This is a physically demanding position working within a chilled environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in cold conditions and capable of handling a fast-paced workload. Key Responsibilities: Packing and preparing meat products for distribution Weighing, labelling, and quality checking products Handling and moving meat products safely and efficiently Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets General housekeeping and cleaning duties within the production area Requirements: Previous food production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment for extended periods Physically fit and capable of carrying out heavy and repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours when required Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer: Competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour Overtime paid at £18.31 per hour after 42.5 hours worked Regular long shifts and overtime opportunities Stable, ongoing work with immediate starts available Full training providedIf you're not afraid of hard work, enjoy keeping busy, and are looking for a role with plenty of hours and earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
