Powder Coating Production Operatives - Multiple Roles Available (Afternoon Shift)

Pay: £15.41 per hour - £16.90 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Friday 11:00am - 16:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 10 weeks
We are recruiting for a number of Production Operative positions with an established manufacturing company. These are excellent temporary to permanent opportunities, offering long-term career prospects after a successful 10-week period.
Available Roles:
- Track Unload Operative - Up to £16.90
Unloading products from a fast-moving paint track. Carrying out visual quality inspections to company standards. Recording production output and quality information. Working efficiently to keep pace with production. - Jig Worker - £15.41 per hour
(Flexible hours may be available.) Loading small components onto paint jigs ready for spraying. Handling light, detailed work requiring good dexterity and attention to detail. Unloading finished parts and placing them into the correct storage containers. - Labourer - £15.41 per hour
(Some flexibility with start times and hours may be available.) Keeping the factory clean and organised. Moving materials throughout the production area. Cleaning plant equipment, trolleys and work areas. Providing support across departments where required.
