We are recruiting for two permanent Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver positions to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Walsall.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly team in a clean, organised warehouse with on-site parking, excellent working conditions, and genuine long-term job security.
The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position.
While you must hold a valid FLT licence and be confident operating a forklift truck, this is not a role where you\'ll spend the day sitting on a truck.
We\'re looking for people who are happy to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse operation and who enjoy working as part of a team.
Your duties will include
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving stock and raw materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Booking goods in and checking deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate stock locations.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.
- Supporting production and assisting wherever required.
