Driving licence requiredOur client is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team based in their Aldridge branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable communicating with both businesses and end customers.
After an initial 4-6 month period working from the Aldridge office, the successful candidate will be required to work permanently from the Burton-on-Trent site, so flexibility to travel and a full UK driving licence are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and generic email inbox.
- Providing excellent business-to-business and end-customer support.
- Managing orders and queries through an online marketplace portal.
- Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
- Ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Driving between sites - mileage is covered 45p per mile.
- Previous customer service experience (office-based preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work well in a small team environment.
- Confident using online systems and portals.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Burton-on-Trent.
