Position: Production Planner
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Day shift with an early finish on a Friday (flexible for a 07:00 or 08:00 start)
Salary: £45k - £50k dependent on experience

The Role
- Planning and coordinating production schedules
- Liaising with subcontractors and external suppliers
- Ordering materials and monitoring stock requirements
- Maintaining accurate system data and reporting
- Resource and capacity planning
- Progress chasing to ensure delivery targets are met
- Working closely with the shop floor and operational teams
- Updating customers on production plans and lead times
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day planning activities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Planning, Production Planning or Scheduling role
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Experience within Precision Machining, Steel, Fabrication, Engineering or similar manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
