Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Wolverhampton Hours: 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday 12:30 finish on a Friday
Salary: 50,000 + Commission

The Role
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships.
- Ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations.
- Optimise inventory levels and purchasing processes.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Support continuous improvement and ERP-driven procurement activities.
About You
- Proven Procurement Manager experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable cost savings.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- ERP system experience (Dynamics 365 desirable).
- CIPS qualification advantageous but not essential.
