Ready to take the lead in a business where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything? We're looking for a proactive and influential QHSE Manager to drive quality excellence, champion health, safety and environmental standards and support the ongoing growth of our client's foundry operation.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll work across all levels of the business, leading quality initiatives, driving process improvements, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll play a key role in shaping a culture that is customer-focused, safety-driven, and committed to operational excellence.

What you'll be doing…

  • Leading the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental strategy.
  • Driving continuous improvement across foundry processes and quality systems.
  • Managing audits, risk assessments, compliance, and corrective actions.
  • Leading and developing the quality team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Reducing defects through root cause analysis, FMEA, data analysis, and process control.
  • Working closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture through training, engagement, and best practice.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

What we are looking for…

  • Strong foundry experience, ideally within high-integrity ductile iron production.
  • Excellent knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems.
  • Proven ability to influence change and drive measurable improvements.
  • Experience leading quality teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, audits, process improvement, and quality tools.
  • A confident communicator who can engage with colleagues at every level.
