Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung laufender Suchmandate im DACH-Raum
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in deinem Spezialgebiet
  • Identifikation und Ansprache von hochqualifizierten Kandidaten
  • Mentoring und Coaching von Junior-Kolleg:innen
  • Entwicklung eines Nischenmarkts mit langfristiger Perspektive

Dein Profil

  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Recruitment oder B2B-Vertrieb
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gutes Englisch
  • Proaktives und partnerschaftliches Mindset
  • Unternehmerisch denkend, teamorientiert handelnd
