Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten und Suchmandaten
- Kandidatenrecherche, Marktanalysen und Datenpflege
- Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Consultants
- Erlernen aller Grundlagen für deine Entwicklung zum Associate Consultant
- Die Beförderung zum Associate erfolgt in der Regel leistungsbezogen innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate – dein Fortschritt entscheidet über das Tempo.
