The OP Group is a specialist executive search firm working across the Technology, Renewable Energy and Engineering landscapes in Europe and North America. We’re scaling our US-focused capability and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (2+ years) to join us in London—someone who wants more than “another desk” and is competitive and hungry to become a true expert in a niche market. You’ll join a high-performing, supportive team with a proven platform, strong peer collaboration, and the autonomy to drive outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver searches end-to-end (or close to it), partnering with senior colleagues where needed.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline engaging senior candidates with credibility and pace.
- Develop client relationships & Prospects/BD.
- Run structured, 360 consultative processes: briefing, sourcing strategy, assessment, shortlisting, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Operate in a niche vertical, becoming known for your market knowledge and network.
- Track performance through meaningful ratios (not vanity metrics) and continuously improve your approach.
