Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten und Suchmandaten

  • Kandidatenrecherche, Marktanalysen und Datenpflege

  • Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Consultants

  • Erlernen aller Grundlagen für deine Entwicklung zum Associate Consultant

  • Die Beförderung zum Associate erfolgt in der Regel leistungsbezogen innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate – dein Fortschritt entscheidet über das Tempo.
