Oliver Parks ist eine etablierte Personalberatung, die sich auf die Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften in sorgfältig ausgewählten Zielmärkten im IT-Umfeld spezialisiert hat. Aus unseren Büros in London, Dallas und Newcastle konzentrieren wir uns auf unsere Zielmärkte Deutschland, USA, Finnland und Benelux. Wir möchten unser deutsches Team in London weiter verstärken und sind daher auf der Suche nach einem deutschsprachigen Analyst.
Die Position des Analysts ist unsere Einstiegsposition für Neueinsteiger ins Recruitment oder für Berater mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung. In dieser Position erlernst du, ähnlich wie in einem Traineeship, die Grundlagen des Recruitment und des Zielmarktes in dem wir uns bewegen. Von Anfang an bekommst du Projekte an denen du zusammen mit einem erfahrenen Berater arbeitest und so verschiedene Suchtechniken und Herangehensweisen erlernen kannst. Dabei liegt dein Fokus in der Suche von passenden Kandidaten für zu besetzende Position bei unseren Kunden. Nach erfolgreicher Zielerreichung (in der Regel sechs Monate) gelangst du in die nächste Karrierestufe, in der du dann ebenfalls erste Business Development Aktivitäten durchführst und Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen wirst. Die gesammelten Erfahrungen als Analyst gewährleisten dir dabei einen reibungslosen Übergang ins Associate Level.
