The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead the launch and growth of our Contract recruitment offering in the US. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new business line from the ground up, with the support of an experienced delivery team. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving operational growth, and ultimately building your own team.
Responsibilities:

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully scaling a recruitment business or leading a team.
- Self‑motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to develop and implement strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.
- Strategic thinker – able to understand market trends and develop innovative solutions to meet client and candidate needs.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills a bonus).
