German Speaking Graduate OR Experienced Recruitment Consultant required to join our highly successful and established German team in London. Oliver Parks are a well-established niche IT recruitment consultancy that offer its employees a flexible environment with a culture of hard work, fun and personal development. We service our clients globally and currently have physical offices in London, Munich, Dallas and Newcastle.
The ideal candidate will excel in this position by successfully aiding recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients' needs by matching clients with the company's recruiting needs. To do so, the candidate must be able to source and qualify leads that meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will need to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
