What You\’ll Be Doing:
• As an Associate you will be supported by senior colleagues from day 1 and be able to take partial ownership of live searches across the US region
• You will enjoy a structured and highly engaging training program to help you thrive in this career. The training is a mix of hands on/on the job training and structured programs throughout the year.
• From a day to day perspective you will source, assess, and engage with high-level candidates across tech functions
