Changing Lives through Changing Minds is seeking an experienced Advanced/Specialist Psychotherapist to support children, young people and families in Coleby, North Lincolnshire.
You will manage an independent caseload, completing therapeutic assessments, formulations, intervention plans and reviews. You will deliver individual, group, parent and family therapeutic work across needs including trauma, attachment, adoption, neurodiversity and emotional or mental health difficulties.
Responsibilities also include maintaining high-quality clinical records and reports, working collaboratively with families and other professionals, and contributing to training and service development. You will work autonomously within your professional competence, supported by clinical supervision and a multidisciplinary team.
