About the Role
Oliver James is expanding in the Dublin market, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive growth across one of our fastest-growing and most profitable business units. Based in our Manchester HQ, you’ll work closely with the CTO, Country Director of Ireland, Regional Executive Director, and the wider Talent team. You’ll also have regular opportunities to travel to our Dublin office, engaging directly with local teams and shaping our growth strategy in the region. This isn’t a typical in-house TA role - we’re looking for someone with a recruitment mindset, comfortable managing full 360 processes, stakeholder relationships, and strategic headhunting across a busy, fast-paced market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas in the Dublin market
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
- Drive proactive headhunting and talent mapping strategies
- Take ownership of live vacancies immediately (with commission potential from month one)
- Partner closely with leadership teams across Manchester and Dublin
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of a Top 3 recruitment business in Dublin
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment or rec2rec (360 experience preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in a client-facing role
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and tenacious approach to work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for sourcing and developing talent
