12 Month Fixed Term Contract - £58,000
The HR Systems Analyst supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, people data, and reward processes. Working across Workday and related platforms, you'll ensure data accuracy, support system enhancements, and deliver high-quality reporting and insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation of Workday.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data cleansing.
- Build and maintain reports to support organisational design and HR decision-making.
- Produce monthly MI and deliver ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Support annual pay and bonus cycles, ensuring accurate system processing.
- Manage governance activities including audits, risk checks, and GDPR-related SARs.
- Liaise with external providers and work closely with HR and Payroll to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Contribute to HR projects and transformation initiatives, including improving system accessibility and D I outcomes.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
- Strong reporting and data analysis capability.
- Understanding of HR workflows and system processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
