The opportunity A leading global fund services business is undergoing a significant upgrade of its entity management platform - and they need an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help drive it from the front. This is a high-impact role at the centre of a complex, multi-stakeholder programme. You will work directly with business leaders and technical teams to shape how corporate services processes evolve, ensuring both the people and the technology are ready for what comes next.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and challenge assumptions.
- Supporting Target Operating Model discussions, helping the business articulate where they are today and where they need to be.
- Producing high-quality BRDs, process flows, data flows, and requirements documentation - quickly and accurately after workshops.
- Completing impact assessments and supporting the business through testing, go-live, and hyper-care.
- Identifying risks, escalating issues, and keeping workstreams on track autonomously.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst on corporate services or entity management software projects - you understand the terminology and can hit the ground running.
- Proven ability to lead workshops with both business and technical audiences.
- Strong documentation skills: BRDs, process maps, data flows - produced to a high standard under pressure.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset - you spot where BA support is needed without being asked.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a BA or equivalent role.
- Background in global financial services, ideally within a Corporate Service Provider environment.
- Relevant qualification (CBAP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, PMI) is a plus.
