Oliver James has partnered with a leading organisation to support the delivery of a critical HR Data transformation programme. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration and centralisation of HR data into Anaplan, supporting investor reporting and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR data migration into Anaplan
- Coordinate ingestion of HR data from multiple European platforms
- Drive consolidation of decentralised HR systems into a centralised data model
- Engage with HR, Data, and senior stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all sources
- Provide direction on best practice for HR data structuring and reporting
- Manage timelines, risks, and delivery milestones across the programme
Requirements
- Proven Project Manager experience delivering system migrations or implementations
- Strong understanding of HR data, HR systems, and people-related data structures
- Experience working with Anaplan (or similar enterprise planning tools)
- Background in complex, multi-region data integration programmes
- Strong stakeholder management across HR and senior business leadership
- Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
