We're looking to hire an experienced 360 recruiter to support the continued growth of the Life & Annuities and Sales & Distribution practice across North America. This is a unique opportunity to join the team in Manchester, spend six months learning the market and building your platform, before relocating to New York to help drive the next phase of growth in one of the most lucrative and exciting recruitment markets globally.

Whether you're already operating at Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or Business Partner level, this role offers the chance to build a long-term international career while working alongside proven market experts in a high-performing environment.

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across specialist financial services markets
  • Building and developing relationships with senior hiring managers and industry professionals
