This is a unique opportunity to join the team in Manchester, spend six months learning the market and building your platform, before relocating to New York to help drive the next phase of growth in one of the most lucrative and exciting recruitment markets globally.

The Role:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across specialist financial services markets
- Building and developing relationships with senior hiring managers and industry professionals
- Driving business development activity and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Partnering with existing clients while expanding market share across key accounts
- Representing the business at conferences, networking events and industry roundtables
- Creating innovative ways to engage clients and candidates within the market
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Supporting the development of junior consultants through mentorship and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years' experience within professional services or financial services recruitment market
- Strong 360 recruitment experience with a demonstrable track record in business development
- A confident and credible communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex client environments
- A naturally commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and create value
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to market engagement
- Someone with the presence and personality to influence both internally and externally
