The Role

Are you a proven Change and Technology specialist looking to join an exciting and dynamic company? We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to work with operations across this global business and support with enterprise projects ranging from new feature and improvement launches to large-scale programmes. This role will allow you to drive process improvement and technology change within the business, have your voice heard and allow your independent ideas to become solutions!

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and define business requirements by working closely with stakeholders across front-office and operational teams.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes, running workshops and scoping sessions to shape effective solutions.
  • Support the design and delivery of technology and process changes alongside internal and external delivery teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing ideas, maintaining process documentation and supporting successful change adoption.

Your Profile

  • Prior experience on Salesforce or SAP platforms would be an advantage.
  • Worked on projects covering both front/middle to back-office functions.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills – with the flexibility to move between projects and handle multiple deliveries.
  • Be an independent thinker who will contribute ideas and challenge stakeholders’ requests.
  • A user-focused approach to solution design and an analytical approach to problem solving.
