BPA Post Transaction Manager in Manchester

Oliver James is supporting an ambitious player in the BPA market completing 24 deals in the past 12 months with a very strong pipeline already established for 2026. The team is looking for a confident project and stakeholder manager to support schemes to buy out following post transaction. Whilst deep technical knowledge is required to perform in this role there is a dedicated cohort to support on the more technical aspects of the process.

• Experience working in a PRT deals or post transactions team
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing several projects at any given time
• Client management experience is essential as both internal and external stakeholders will lean on this candidate heavily
• DB pension administration and scheme management experience

This role could be for someone from either an actuarial or pensions administration background as long as they can demonstrate a high level of technical understanding and communicate it effectively and efficiently.
