PMO Manager to join Strategy & Transformation team. This role sits within the project delivery function and will play a key role in driving governance, delivery standards, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of programmes.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you'll be responsible for overseeing PMO activities across complex initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and high-quality delivery. This is not a "maintenance" PMO role - they're looking for someone who can actively contribute to improving processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive PMO governance across programmes and projects
- Ensure consistent delivery standards, reporting, and controls
- Support end-to-end project delivery frameworks
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements across PMO and delivery
- Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making
Key Requirements
- Strong PMO leadership experience within the legal sector (essential)
- Solid project delivery background with end-to-end lifecycle knowledge
- Experience working in similar-sized law firms or complex environments
- Strong understanding of governance, controls, and reporting
