A London market Insurer is seeking a Business Analyst with proven business change expertise in the London Market insurance space to join our UK Change & Transformation team. This is a key role driving strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and systems change across our business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development
- Support delivery of change initiatives, from concept to implementation
- Collaborate across business, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Champion change management and drive continuous improvement
