Role Overview:
The Legal Counsel will play a critical role in providing expert legal support across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. You will be deeply involved in the company’s international expansion efforts, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Law: Provide legal guidance on a variety of corporate matters, including company formation, governance, and compliance with international regulations.
- Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and mitigate risk.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Support the legal aspects of M&A transactions, from due diligence to contract negotiation and post-merger integration, ensuring seamless execution.
- International Expansion: Advise on the legal implications of entering new markets, including compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the General Counsel and other senior leaders on high-impact corporate projects that drive growth and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law.
- Proven experience in handling corporate transactions, including M&A.
- Strong understanding of international law and regulations, with experience supporting global business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
