A purpose-led financial services organisation is looking for a Product Analyst to support the evolution of its Digital Services and Online Banking platforms. This role sits at the centre of digital change delivery, helping translate product priorities into structured, delivery-ready requirements that enable faster, safer and more effective releases across customer-facing digital channels.
You'll work closely with Product, Technology, Operations and Risk teams to ensure digital initiatives are clearly defined, properly governed and ready for delivery and testing.
What you'll be doing:
- Translate digital product priorities into clear epics, stories and acceptance criteria
- Produce structured functional and non-functional requirements for digital change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define problems, constraints and success measures
- Document end-to-end customer journeys, operational impacts and edge cases
- Support backlog refinement and release planning with delivery teams and suppliers
- Prepare governance and decision-making artefacts aligned to change risk and regulatory requirements
- Produce UAT documentation including scenarios, scripts and acceptance criteria
- Support defect triage and release readiness activities
- Help turn customer insight, journey analytics and operational feedback into prioritised backlog improvements
- Maintain traceability between product outcomes, KPIs and delivered change
What we're looking for:

- Strong business analysis and documentation capability
- Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness and release delivery
- Comfortable working across Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences
- Data-literate with an evidence-led approach to decision making
- Comfortable operating in regulated or controlled environments
Desirable experience:
- Experience within online banking or customer-facing digital platforms
- Exposure to digital transformation, journey redesign or continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean or modern product delivery practices
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners
