Implementations Customer Success Specialist β Manchester
Salary Β£45,000
Requirement: Candidate must have experience in social housing or income-related services.
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end implementations of our AI/ML analytics solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that our analytics customers are successfully onboarded and lifelong advocates of our software. They will be responsible for aligning innovative approaches that match our customers business requirements and operational processes required for the successful launch of the solution.
Role Overview:
Lead the implementation process from end of sales cycle to post go-live (3-6 months).
Manage multiple customer projects at once, ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success Managers.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document customer requirements.
- Ensure income-related processes are successfully implemented.
- Guide customers through onboarding and system configuration.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders to deliver on requirements.
- Share best practices and improve processes continuously.
- Support smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU).
