We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious law firm to work on a HR Transparency Project. The project is to establish and execute a globally-consistent job and compensation framework to facilitate fair and competitive pay decisions, and ensure readiness for compliance with forthcoming pay transparency regulations.? Generic Requirements Lead the Project. Assist as required with RFP/Procurement processes Evaluate factors critical to delivery success (time, capacity, financial and other resources as applicable) to assess viability. Assess and document benefits, costs, risks and options; recommend and provide rationale for solution and delivery approach. Clearly define the project scope and how it will be delivered. Deliver project by putting the plan into action and managing risks / issues. Transition to BAU, assess project delivery (Post Implementation Review). Lead the delivery of the project’s solution/outcome/output, delivering the roll out strategy with internal and external resources to ensure implementation within agreed timescales, budgets, quality and in line with the governance processes.
