Job Description
Oliver James are partnered exclusively with a growing Lloyd's Managing Agency to recruit a Head of Risk.
This person will work closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead and shape the Risk Management function, with responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of enterprise risk management. This is a regulated role and will act as a Key Function Holder.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the risk management framework, including risk appetites, policies and procedures.

Oversee monitoring, reporting, and integration of risk management into business planning and strategy.

Manage the Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process and reporting.

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the first line of defence and wider business functions.
