Head of Business Systems – Brackley (5-days) – £90,000 (JOB-112024-262880) Brackley, England

Our client is looking to hire a Head of Business Systems to join their well-established organization. Established for 40 years, our client has expanded to a global scale with hundreds of locations.

Note: This role requires 5 days a week office attendance.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing the organization’s IT software & implementation vision, aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency, and translating this into actionable goals.
2. Managing the implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT business management systems.
3. Streamlining deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
4. Overseeing the development and enhancement of systems, integrating new systems with existing ones.
5. Providing technical direction and support, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
6. Creating and maintaining documentation, including systems manuals, license agreements, and records of modifications and upgrades.

Your Experience:

1. Seasoned IT Manager/Director
2. Experience in delivering end-to-end software implementations
3. Knowledge of DevOps practices
4. Experience with solutions such as:

• SIMPRO
• WorkPal
• Fathom
• Xero
• MS SQL
• Dynamics 365 Finance
