Group Chief Risk Officer

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially astute risk leader to join a global insurance group in a Group Chief Risk Officer position.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role overseeing the full spectrum of enterprise and investment risk, capital and solvency frameworks, and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
You\’ll lead a senior team spanning risk, compliance, ALM and credit functions, and work closely with the board and regulatory bodies, including responsibility for key frameworks.
The successful candidate will bring:
Proven experience in senior risk leadership within the insurance sector
Strong technical understanding across Life and Annuities (P&C experience is also welcome)
Board-facing capability and comfort navigating complex, cross-border structures
Exposure to Bermuda regulations (preferred)
