This position is for an experienced Recruitment Consultant working in our New York City office, focusing on Perm 360 recruitment. You will be a specialist 360 recruiter, headhunting candidates as well as winning business with clients. This role is located in New York City, NY, USA - Oliver James is seeking experienced UK recruiters with specialized 360 experience to relocate to the US. Relocation and Visa assistance will be provided.
Candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years of experience to be considered.

About the role: As an experienced Recruiter your responsibilities will be:
- Business Development of existing clients, leveraging Oliver James's excellent brand reputation to build your personal desk on one of our well-established Perm recruitment teams.
- You’ll spend your days going on client meetings, making client calls, headhunting clients, and providing the highest level of service to each.
- Utilizing specialist market expertise to capture the US market and make high-quality placements with key Oliver James clients.
- As an experienced recruitment hire, you’ll be supporting and collaborating with other divisions and team members.
About you: Minimum 3+ years of Staffing Agency recruitment experience as a Full Desk/360 agency recruiter focused on mid-senior level placements or higher. You are interested in leading by example, and building others to work as one and win as one. You are flexible and adaptable, with the goal of strengthening relationships and devoting interest to secure understanding. You thrive in a targets-focused environment, creating goals to enable autonomy and growing vision to build inspiration.
