I am recruiting on behalf of a pensions provider who are looking to hire a DB pension specialist with existing skillsets in calculations. As a technical analyst in the post transaction team, the core of your responsibilities will lie within data transfer, data migration, and pension calculations.
Location: Hybrid working model
Salary: Dependant on experience
Requirements:
- 8 years experience minimum in pensions/BPA industry
- Strong experience in defined benefit pensions - non-negotiable
- Experienced in pension calculations - creating/developing proformas
- Strong Excel VBA skills
- Comfortable with data - migrations, transfer, transformation; focussed SQL is useful although not mandatory
- GMP Equalisation knowledge and experience
This is a project based position which will give you the opportunity to expand your existing skillset and develop your expertise. You will be working with various teams including pre-transaction and originations to gain expert-level knowledge.
