Oliver James are supporting an extremely well-established General Insurance firm with their search for a Compliance Generalist. You will be part of a small and supportive team, covering all aspects of compliance, where you will be the go-to person for advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for Conduct Risk compliance, providing advice relating to Consumer Duty and Product Governance.
- Support with SMCR duties.
- Enhance the internal control framework and conduct testing.
- Complete regulatory horizon scanning.
- Assist with compliance training and propose new courses.
- Deliver PRA and FCA returns.
- Complete ad-hoc duties when required.
