As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with well-known brands, combining data interpretation, qualitative research, and sector knowledge to help clients improve their performance.
This role is consultative at its core: you'll analyse trends, identify best practice, draw insights from unique datasets, and present your findings to senior stakeholders.
You'll join a collaborative and curious team with strong progression opportunities, where you'll develop your expertise in Financial Services and client advisory work.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their strategic priorities.

What We're Looking For Around
2 years' experience in consulting, market research, customer insight, CX, strategy, or a similar client-facing, analytical role.
Experience working with complex information and turning it into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients or internal stakeholders.
Ability to conduct secondary research, analyse qualitative themes, and understand customer and digital trends.
Excellent organisation, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong proficiency in
