The Role

Are you a proven Business Analyst with strong Finance Change experience looking to join an exciting transformation programme?

We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to work across Finance, Data and Technology, supporting key initiatives across financial data, reporting, GL FP&A, Treasury and payments.

This role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of complex change, influence senior stakeholders and shape delivery-ready solutions across the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the definition and delivery of requirements across key Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Translate complex Finance processes and data flow into clear, actionable business and solution designs.
  • Work across Finance, Data, Technology and third-party teams to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Support UAT, governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality, first-time-right outcomes.

Your Profile

  • Strong BA experience within Financial Services or a complex financial environment.
  • Proven experience across Finance processes such as GL, FP&A, Financial Control, treasury or financial reporting.
  • Strong process and data flow mapping skills, ideally using tools like Miro or Visio.
  • Hands-on experience with Finance data, reporting frameworks and/or Finance systems transformation.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across an organisation.
