We are currently supporting a growing Specialty Insurance business that's investing heavily in data, analytics and modern BI capability. The organisation prides itself on a supportive, curious and forward-thinking culture, where people are encouraged to be bold, collaborative and genuinely shape how data is used across the business.
The role: You would work closely with the Head of Data Analytics Insights, helping the business leverage insight from ideation through to delivery. The work is a mix of hands-on BI development, data modelling, stakeholder engagement and building scalable data solutions. We are looking for a technically strong BI Developer to join a central Analytics Insights function within a growing data team. This role sits in one of three analytics teams and is focused on business engagement, insight generation and delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions, not self-service reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain enterprise-scale BI solutions.
- Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions including front-end dashboards, DAX, M queries and semantic modelling.
- Build robust, optimised SQL Server solutions.
