Our Life insurance client requires a student actuary/actuarial analyst to support reporting activities on an initial contract/temporary basis. You can work from home (UK ONLY) for this assignment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in Life Insurance, ideally within a reporting role. The client is happy to consider more experience up to Nearly Qualified level. The client is a leading Life insurance business, renowned for the quality of their teams and culture. You gain further experience working alongside a brilliant team.
The initial contract will be 3-6 months with scope for extension. You may also explore the option of permanent employment beyond the initial contract term.
Start: ASAP, within 1 month of offer.
Location: Home working contract (UK) - you MUST work from the UK and be a UK tax resident.
Rate: This is a Day Rate contract opportunity. Rate dependant on experience. You can work via an Umbrella or Ltd company.
Required experience:
- Student Actuary - At least 3 actuarial exams passed.
- At least 1 year experience in Life insurance.
- Up to 5 years experience welcome.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting within Life insurance.
