Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you'll provide strategic oversight of the Internal Model, capital-setting activities, regulatory and capital-related initiatives, while leading the team through a period of transformation.Key RequirementsCapital modelling leadership experience within the London market and Lloyd'sStrong knowledge of Solvency II and internal models.Previous experience managing a team and executive stakeholder engagement.Experience delivering large-scale regulatory or model change programmes.Package£160,000 - £190,000 base salary.Competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.London-based with flexible working arrangements.12-month fixed-term contract, commencing January 2027.
