Leeds Full-Time On-site
O

Location: Leeds (one day a week in office) | Salary: Up to Β£65000 (with additional car allowance)

We're looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders across the business, identify opportunities to improve processes, solve problems and enhance how teams operate.

This is a business-facing role focused on understanding how different areas operate, challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement. Rather than simply gathering requirements, you'll act as a partner to the business, getting to the root of problems and recommending practical solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities.

Identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes and recommend improvements.

Challenge existing ways of working and explore how systems and tools can be used more effectively.

Map current and future-state processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Support the implementation of improvements and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

About you:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.

A business-first mindset, with experience improving processes and identifying practical solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with testing, UAT, system implementations or third-party suppliers would be beneficial but isn't essential.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional requirements gathering and become a trusted partner to the business, helping shape better processes and deliver meaningful improvements.
