Finance Transformation Lead
I'm recruiting for a growing insurance group looking for a senior finance professional to help shape and improve its finance function.
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role offers a mix of financial control, FP&A and transformation, with plenty of scope to influence how the business operates and supports its continued growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
- Review existing systems and identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency
- Strengthen balance sheet controls and month-end reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
- Work with senior stakeholders to improve financial insight and decision-making
- Get involved in wider business projects, including systems and operational improvements
What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Insurance experience essential
- Strong background in financial control and management reporting
- Experience delivering finance process improvements or transformation projects
- Good understanding of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes
