Overview
In this role you will support a growing global reinsurance business by developing new client relationships and managing an expanding client portfolio for financial reinsurance solutions in pensions and retirement products. You operate within a high-growth, ambitious team, collaborating across the UK and Continental Europe to win and retain clients. You will influence strategy and negotiate as part of a rapidly scaling operation, contributing to high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the UK and Continental Europe client portfolio
- Acquire new clients for financial reinsurance solutions
- Manage client relationships and expectations in a face-to-face or advisory capacity
- Contribute to negotiations and deal shaping with clients
- Support business development initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
- Promote high-quality client service and retention
Key requirements
- Full actuarial qualification with ≥5 years post-qualified experience
- Excellent client management skills, preferably in a client-facing role
- Experience with pensions risk transfer, longevity swaps or other savings/retirement products
