An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation supporting the Management Reporting & Analysis function.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality management information, financial analysis and business insight, helping senior stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions. Youβll work closely with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams.
Key requirements:
- Variance analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable
- Experience within Reinsurance or the Lloydβs Market
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Key responsibilities:
- Support the production of executive and board-level management reporting
- Analyse financial and operational performance, including detailed variance and root-cause analysis
- Translate complex financial data into clear and meaningful business insights
- Develop and maintain MI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Partner with Finance, Actuarial and Operations stakeholders, providing analysis and challenge
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and automation
- Support wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools to improve reporting and insight
