Key Responsibilities:
Lead Transformational Projects: Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM Cloud transformations, driving successful implementations and business process changes for clients.
Design and Configure Solutions: Create tailored Workday HCM solutions that improve efficiency and streamline HR operations, leveraging industry best practices and Workday\’s capabilities.
Manage Teams: Lead both local and offshore teams, ensuring the successful design, configuration, and deployment of Workday solutions.
Client-Facing Role: Facilitate client workshops and meetings, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering valuable business solutions.
Mentorship and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their growth.
Workday HCM Experience: Proven experience implementing at least one module of Workday HR/HCM cloud platform.
Certification: A Workday Core HCM module certification is essential.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver client-facing projects from start to finish.
Strong Client Management: Comfortable in a client-facing role, building and maintaining lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Workday HCM certifications (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Absence, or Talent).
