Overview: We are supporting a key client undergoing a large-scale Workday transformation. As part of the next phase of delivery, we are looking to engage an experienced Workday Data Consultant to lead critical HCM workstreams. This is a key role within the programme team, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver data solutions in a complex, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute data workstreams related to HCM within the Workday programme
- Support data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities across the full lifecycle
- Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity, validation, and readiness
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks during testing and deployment phases
- Develop and maintain documentation to support audit and governance processes
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday data structures, particularly around HCM suite
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Consultant on Workday programmes
- Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and reporting tools
- Proficient in data migration methodologies and best practices
- Ability to manage large data sets and conduct quality assurance across multiple stages of delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in fast-paced, complex programme environments
