SuccessFactors Managing Consultant / Engagement Manager

We are currently recruiting for a SuccessFactors Manager to join a new practice in a hugely successful consultancy. This role will be one of the founding members of a brand new practice, allowing you to shape the future of the team and department globally.
As their HR technology practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience of SuccessFactors implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development/sales origination and client delivery, including deep solution/configuration experience across Employee Central.
Description of the role:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- As an Engagement Manager, lead the delivery of high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects.
- Provide specialist SuccessFactors advice and work closely with the client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of SuccessFactors, through optimal solution design and configuration.
- Advise clients on the transformational aspects of SuccessFactors in relation to HR operating model, service delivery, and relevant HR process execution, e.g. Employee Central, Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding etc.
- Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract/commercial negotiations with our SuccessFactors clients.
- Lead the growth of the HR practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
- Advise on technical integration of the SuccessFactors application with other client and 3rd party applications such as payroll, benefits and finance systems.
- Advise on data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagement.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with eco-system partners, such as phenom, eightfold.ai, or others.
Essential experience
- Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a strong desire to learn and develop, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proven experience successfully delivering SuccessFactors programmes for 5+ end-to-end deliveries.
- Advanced functional understanding of SuccessFactors product, including configuration experience of Employee Central and other modules.
- Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes, and how they map to all key SuccessFactors modules – hire to retire. Additionally with newer HR processes/capabilities in skills and AI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, owning key client leadership relationships during previous deliveries.
- Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working, including leveraging SAP tools/accelerators to support deliveries. Preferably with awareness and experience using non-SAP tools to streamline delivery, for example, configuration, data migration.
- Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
